                        Policy and Procedures

Hello AMP Family! Here are a few reminders of how AMP works. It is important that you understand how appointments are run, missed schedules, immunizations for children, hud readings, test results, and those parents with children such as Funsie and Zooby babies for example. 

There will also be a form that must be signed simply stating that you understand, have read, and willing to abide by the policy and procedures of Analena's Maternity Palace.

Appointments- All appointments are set on the website. Doctors are also able to make an appointment on your behalf via app or website however, we feel that by giving you the freedom to choose what days are best for you, it is easier for the patient to simply come online and book the appointment. Patients can also make appointments within the clinic at the desk in the nurses' station. (Nurses station)- This is the location within the clinic where a patient can purchase huds, get refreshments, ask questions, view the website from within world, and contact us if none of the staff is available. there will be an RN there to assist anyone that needs assistance. 

Missed Appointments- If you are unable to attend the arranged appointment, be sure to inform your primary care physician or contact a staff member. Patients are also able to reach staff themselves self via email, IM, or by going to the "Book Your Appt" tab and click "Reschedule". This way, it frees up time for other patients to be seen and it also allows the doctor to not wait around anticipating your arrival.

 

Grace Period- in the real world, most grace periods are 15 minutes and we allow the same at AMP. If there is a no call, no show during the allotted time frame it will count as a point. After 3 no call, no shows, depending on the situation, there will be a grace period of 15 mins. If you missed that appointment, no further grace periods will be administered during your packaged time frame. 

As long as patients convey communication to the office of an absence of an appointment, no points goes against you and the reschedule is in good standing. 

Communication/Contact- For any reason that communication between two parties needs to be given, we have several ways to reach staff. Whether it is via email, IM, the app, or the website, we will always respond within a 24 hour period. 

Reschedules- If you are not able to make an appointment, we understand. Please given the office a 24-48 hour notice with your next available time slot. IF the staff gives grace, you may be seen the same day. Please do not expect to be seen the same day as there may be other appointments already booked for that day. 

RL= PLEASE< PLEASE< PLEASE understand that RL does indeed happen. If ever staff is unable to accompany you with an appointment either an nurse will see you or a reschedule will be recommended. Please make sure to keep all personal feelings outside of AMP as we are a zero tolerance for negative behavior. We are all human and RL will always come first for all of us. We ask for patience and understanding during such times.

If a patient has a prim child coming for a visit please be sure that you are wearing a tag. for those with new Zooby babies, permissions to hold and care for your little one may be required. Please understand that we are a professional clinic and have no intention of harming any of our patients. 

 

Consent, Policy, and Procedure Agreement- It is important that EVERY patient READS and AGREES to the terms and agreements of what Analena's Maternity Palace is and stands for. We are trying to bypass any misunderstandings and would like to get a consent form stating that every patient has read and understood the services they will receive, the amount, the time frame and that there is NO REFUND beyond the allotted time frame given by the company as there are NO exceptions. 

During delivery, we do allow up to three people to tend to your aid. During the package of the birthing pool, there is a limit of ten people that can accompany you as this will be outside within the natured environment. 

Post-delivery - Patients are allowed 24 hours to rest before they are discharged. Food and drink will be provided. Guests are allowed with a group tag for both delivery and post. Any guest seen without a tag will be politely asked to wear one and sign in as a visitor. 

Baby Discharge- Please be advised that all additional perks come from the grace of staff. All documentation of discharge paperwork can be retrieved from the nurses' station and will be mailed to you within 2 weeks of delivery. Any paperwork that has not been retrieved via mail within the allotted timeframe, please address such concerns to the main office and a staff member will reach out to assist you with that matter. 

We are a maternity clinic and not a hospital, therefore we do not possess the equipment nor have specialty departments to handle x-rays or surgeries other than C-sections. Such services by request will be referred out. Please Keep in mind if Dr. Valintina refer you to a hospital she is doing this out of her own will so, if the hospital is not of your likings, it is the patients' responsibility to retrieve such services on their own time.

Voicing: IMPORTANT

We are a voice operational clinic that personalizes in delivering the best, realistic experience to all patients alike. We strive to provide excellence through speaking in local or private chat to ensure that every detail is explained and covered during your visit.

We ask if ALL parties involved could only HEAR by ensuring that your sound is enabled. We DO NOT request that our patients speak via voice in local nor private chat but to simply HEAR what is being said.

Unfortunately, we will no longer service patients who will not be able to hear. We are again, very detailed and cover a lot of information which takes much longer than the allotted time given for each appointment, and takes away from the experience we are trying to deliver.

HUD CHANGES

Please note that we practice realism. We go by only what the hud tells so, if you do not let us know that there is a certain gender you'd like to have, then we will treat the pregnancy naturally and go by the status of the hud. 

DELIVERY FOOD

We will no longer be offering the option of serving beyou food, although a Beyou Affiliate. All food for post delivery will be now standardized food. The clinic spends a lot of money on items that are not eaten by the patient so to better accommodate the statistical pattern, we will now take the more logical approach. You can always rezz beyou food for yourself during post-delivery as long as you have on your tag. 

DELIVERY STAY- TIME FRAMES

You are allowed 24 hours inside of the recovery wing. Please be sure to indicate if you prefer a check out to be the same day as the delivery.
