TIME- We allow a 30 min grace period for appointments. If you are arrive later than the grace period
allowed you must reschedule the appointment.
HUDS- Allow HUDS are non- refundable. We are a third party affiliate and not responsible for those who are unsatisfied with the product.
PACKAGES & PAYMENT- All packages are non- refundable. In the event that you must take off from SL and RL calls, you can place the service on hold until a later date. The only package that accepts partial payment is the 9 month package.
APPOINTMENT QUANITY- Only two children are to be seen during one appointment time frame. Any additional children will need to be scheduled separately.
RP- We specialize in maternity and basic medical needs. Extreme emergencies will require medical attention at your local Emergency room.
BOOKING ONLINE- To be seen everyone MUST book online. From there we will send you an electronic receipt of payment.
*Make sure you allow 30-90 mins for medical service.
TERMINATION OF SERVICE- IF PATIENT IS DISSATIFIED WITH SERVICE, HAS AN RL ISSUE OR
PREGNACY ENDS DUE TO PERSONAL MATTERS, A&A MATERNITY AGENCY IS NOT HELD
RESPONSIBLE AND WILL NOT REFUND ANY MONEY PURCHASED TOWARD SUCH SERVICES.
PATERNITY- A scan will be included in initial intake. If a second paternity needs to be established there will be an additional fee.
*We accept all patients regardless of SL age, gender or HUD use roleplay.
All patients must be over the age of 18 in real life (RL).
*All purchased maternity packages does include 3 free therapy sessions.
Any additional services will render a service charge.
*We practice realism however during a delivery we DO NOT roleplay infant death.
In the event that you decide not to continue motherhood, we do have an adoption program.
* If you would like to terminate a pregnancy- we can do so by means of the HUD.
* We are NOT an ER clinic. If you need emergency RP assistance we recommend that you seek such from the local newspaper (search bar).
* We do provide birthing documentation upon delivery.
* We do allow patients and their families to use the post delivery floor for 24hrs after delivery to enjoy their experience.
** ALL ROLEPLAY CONDUCTED AT A&A MATERNITY AGENCY IS WITHIN OUR SPECIALTY. ANY (RP) OUTSIDE OF OUR OBGYN, THERAPY OR BASIC MEDICAL CHECK UP WILL BE REFFERED TO AN OUTSIDE PROVIDER THAT SPECIALIZE IN THAT SPECIFIC ROLEPLAY NEED.
** We understand that crashes and pc issues happens. If this does occur please notify the office. We do give a 24 hour grace period before we consider terminating services.
